If you are under 16 years of age, you should not provide any personally identifiable information to JewishEyes.org without the knowledge and permission of your parent or guardian. If we learn that you are under 16 years of age, we will not maintain or use any personally identifiable information about you without the verifiable consent of your parent or guardian, except as allowed by law. This may mean that you will be unable to participate in some activities offered by JewishEyes.org without that verifiable consent. For contests or programs that are held or put on by JewishEyes.org, we ask each participant to provide year of birth, as well as name, address, telephone number and e-mail address. If the year provided indicates that the contestant may not be at least 16 years old, the customer/ visitor is not allowed to participate in the contest or program, and the information submitted is deleted. In some circumstances, we also ask our customers and website visitors to provide us with contact information on their parent or guardian. We use this information only for the purpose of contacting the parent or guardian to notify them of our information practices with respect to children, to notify that person of a child’s participation in one of our activities or on our website, and/or to seek the consent of the parent or guardian to such participation. The parent or guardian of any person under the age of 16 whose Personal Information we have collected may ask to review that Personal Information, to have it deleted (subject to certain restrictions), and to forbid further collection of the information. Artwork Use Guidelines
There is only one size and format version of this artwork. As stated in the introduction, with the exception of size, DO NOT ALTER the supplied artwork in any way.
The artwork in original form (.png), is designed for use on the widest variety of background colors and textures. Review the following placement recommendations:
1. Location and placement - We recommend that you place this artwork outside of your text field, but within reasonable proximity to the relevant text references to JewishEyes.org, its product, its services, or offerings. Alternatively, you may choose to place the artwork at the bottom or end of your screen text. Allow a clear space around the artwork when using it in conjunction with other artwork and/or text. This space should be no less than the height of the artwork.
2. Linkages - If you plan to link to a variety of JewishEyes.org URLs, please feel free to repeat this artwork as needed.
